Message from Sister Josephine Garrett
Hello!
I am excited to be a part of the Saint Gregory staff and serve as your school counselor.
My background includes being a convert to the Catholic faith, 15 years ago, shortly after graduating from the University of Dallas. I am a Sister of the Holy Family of Nazareth (the Mother Frances Sisters) and have been with the Sisters for 9 years. This year is my year of preparation for final vows, so please keep me in your prayers as I prepare to make my final vows in the Fall of 2020.
My professional background and preparation for the ministry of counseling includes holding a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I am a Nationally Certified Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor Intern in the State of Texas. I also specialize in the treatment of trauma and am an EMDR trained clinician.
I am excited to provide support and presence to your family and children in whatever way will benefit the overall hopes you have for your family.
God bless!
Sister Josephine
