4/06/2020 Update on Canvas
Canvas issues have been resolved, though some students have reported occasional login and file submission issues, which can be resolved by restarting your MacBook and clearing your Google Chrome cache and cookies as detailed here.
Clear Cache and Cookies in Google Chrome
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click the three vertical dots.
- Click More tools and then Clear browsing data.
- At the top, select "All Time" as the time range.
- Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
- Click "Clear data".
- Quit Google Chrome and then reopen.
How to Log into Canvas
Log in to Canvas with your school-issued email address and password. If you log into your email first and then select the Canvas link, you will automatically be logged in. There is a different link for faculty, students and parents.
