The TB&T Student Board is a prestigious program recognizing outstanding high school seniors in the community and is designed to introduce students to banking and money management and provide them with the essential economic building blocks to earning, spending, saving, and investing money. This year, the students will be challenged to test their money management and budgeting skills with a program entitled The Real L.I.F.E. Experience 2.0. This innovative Living Institute for Financial Education TBT program will take the students through a modified real-world simulation of their first year of college, living in a household. Students will also serve as advisors to the bank on the development of a middle school financial literacy curriculum.
Students were selected based on their grade point average, extra-curricular activities, and after school/work activities as well as an interview, essay, and letters of recommendation.
