Football season is right around the corner, and Coach Hayes and the Crusaders are gearing up for a great season. We are looking to improve our technology and video system. We plan to purchase a sideline and end zone system . . . cost is $5,000. Super excited to have former Gorman students Hunter Pilgrim (Class of 2017) and George Cumby (Class of 1975) helping the Football program! Hunter was a starting varsity football and track athlete at Bishop Gorman and recently graduated from Texas Tech University. George Cumby played football for the Crusaders and went on to play for the University of Oklahoma and then professionally for the Buffalo Bills,Green Bay Packers and the Philadelphia Eagles. Coach Cumby has been heavily involved with NFL youth football camps and also previously coached football for Bishop Gorman and is a former Athletic Director for the Crusaders.

The attached flyer has a list of locations that are accepting new patients if your athletes need to be established with a primary care physician.

Bishop Gorman staff and students on campus for Summer Bridge are taking shelter, due to a tornado warning, until 10:15am as advised by the National Weather Service.
Bishop Gorman Alumni Spotlight - Katelin Jacobi, Class of 2015.
After receiving her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology (Magna Cum Laude) from Texas A&M in 2019, Katelin just finished her Master's Degree from Fordham University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She will now pursue her doctorate (PhD) in Counseling Psychology this fall at A&M.
Two members of the Lady Crusaders basketball program are spending this week in College Station, Attending the Texas A&M basketball camp. Abigail West and Sylvia Geer are incoming 8th graders at Bishop Gorman. Wishing them a great week with Coach Blair and the Lady Aggies.
Congratulations to the CRU cheerleaders who just left NCA cheer camp at SMU! There were approximately 400 cheerleaders at camp and they won the Top Team overall camp spirit award. They also won the Top Team cheer for small varsity and spirit sticks every day!
Congratulations to the CRU cheerleaders! They just finished day 2 of NCA cheer camp and have won spirit sticks both nights, superior ribbons for their chant and cheer and a technical excellence award for their use of game day props. Go CRU cheer!
