Bishop Gorman: The Middle School Volleyball game against Henderson Full Armor has been cancelled for tomorrow and will hopefully be rescheduled soon.
With money raised from the "Second Annual Lady Crusader Garage Sale", Bishop Gorman basketball players Taylor Wood and Vianney Herrera presented $500 to Mr. Jason Sobel, President of the Crusader Booster Club at Bishop Gorman. In addition to raising money for their program, the team donated funds to the booster club and the Bishop Gorman Fund. The Lady Crusaders will open their season on November 12.
With Bishop Gorman kicking off their annual fund drive yesterday, Taylor Wood and Vianney Herrera, two members of the Lady Crusader basketball team presented $1,000 to Gorman Fund Directors, Mrs. Jan Pilgrim and Mr. Jon Froelich. The money was raised during the teams recent garage sale and is being donated to the Bishop Gorman Fund.
"100% in 100 Days" is the goal. Every gift counts. Participating in the Bishop Gorman Fund is what we ask of every parent, faculty member, administration, alumnus, alumni parent, grandparent, and friends of Bishop Gorman. It's Game Night!
Starting today Bishop Gorman is kicking off their annual fund drive, "100% in 100 Days". Over the next 100 days (the remainder of the 2020 calendar year), Bishop Gorman will be reaching out to all faculty, staff, administration, coaches, current families, alumni and other supporters to please support the "Bishop Gorman Fund". Due to COVID-19-related capacity and other restrictions implemented by TAPPS and our district, Bishop Gorman has made the difficult decision to cancel the Alumni Tailgate for this fall. This is not a decision we have taken lightly, as this is an incredibly important and exciting event that brings alumni and friends together from near and far. However, our primary concern is always the responsibility we feel toward the health and safety of our Crusader family. We look forward to seeing everyone at Homecoming in 2021!

Congratulations to the Bishop Gorman XC teams! Varsity Boys and Varsity Girls placed 1st@ the Hawkins Invitational on Friday. On Saturday, we returned to Hawkins and our middle school teams also placed well. MS Boys placed 1st and MS Girls placed 3rd!!
